1. Data controller and request contact

For direct processing activities relating to MorfUno, the data controller is Grafikit Bilişim ve Lojistik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. MERSIS No.: 0411100216100001. Tax office: Sarıgazi. Tax No.: 4111002161.

Alpaslan Naipli is the authorized contact for KVKK requests. The company currently has no KEP address and is not registered with VERBIS.

2. Information required in an application

• Your full name.
• Your signature if the application is submitted in writing.
• Your Turkish identity number; for non-citizens, your nationality and passport or available identity number.
• Your residential or business address for service of notices.
• Your available email address, telephone, and fax number.
• The subject of your request and information or documents that explain or verify it.

3. Application methods

You may deliver or post a signed written application marked “Grafikit Bilişim ve Lojistik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. – KVKK Application” to Şerifali Mah. İbrahim Hakkı Sok. No: 29, 34775 Ümraniye / İstanbul, Türkiye.

An application by email may be sent to [email protected] only from an email address that you previously notified to the company and that is registered in our systems. We may request additional verification if identity cannot be confirmed or mandatory information is missing.

4. Requests you may make

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is.
• Learn the processing purpose, whether data is used for that purpose, and the third parties to whom it is transferred.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK and request notice of those actions to third parties who received the data.
• Object to an adverse result produced exclusively through automated analysis and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

5. Identity verification and data security

We may request additional information proportionate to the application to verify that the applicant is the data subject or an authorized representative. A representative must provide evidence of authority. A copy of an identity document is requested only where necessary, and unrelated information may be obscured.

6. Response period and fees

Applications are answered free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the request. If the process creates an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested. The response is sent in writing or electronically according to the request and the available secure communication method.
