What Is MorfUno?
MorfUno turns personalized orders into an organized production flow, from customer approval to print-file preparation and AI-assisted sheet nesting.
What does MorfUno do in day-to-day operations?
MorfUno helps print centers and personalized-product businesses manage preparation from order to production. The business defines the product and main design. Through an individual link, the customer adds a name, date, message, or requested image, reviews the result on screen, and approves it. MorfUno then prepares the approved work for the relevant print process.
How does a personalized order move forward?
- The business defines the product, main design, and fields the customer will complete.
- MorfUno creates an order-specific code and sharing link.
- The customer opens the link and enters the requested details or uploads an image.
- The customer reviews and approves the result created for that product.
- MorfUno prepares the print file from the approved design and arranges the jobs on the print sheet.
- The print center completes the final check and starts production.
Who prepares the print file?
MorfUno processes the customer-approved work according to the product and print method to create the print file. Personalization fields, the main design, and order information remain connected throughout the job. Once preparation finishes successfully, the file becomes available to the authorized business team for final review.
This structure organizes recurring preparation for orders containing variable names, dates, numbers, short messages, or images. Design and prepress specialists can focus on new templates, exceptional work, and quality control while routine orders follow the defined template.
How does AI-assisted sheet nesting work?
After the print files are prepared, MorfUno uses AI-assisted nesting to arrange approved jobs on the print sheet. The system evaluates job dimensions, quantities, and the production layout defined by the print center to prepare a suitable sheet arrangement.
Print-file preparation and sheet layout are therefore completed within the same order flow. The print center receives an organized arrangement, performs the final check, and moves the job into production.
Who can manage this process?
Once the product, template, and print process are defined, a team member with standard workflow training can manage routine personalized orders. That person follows order status, checks the prepared file, and starts the production step. Team members who specialize in design and prepress can spend their time on new templates, exceptional jobs, and quality control.
How do artificial intelligence and print experience work together?
MorfUno's AI-assisted template, print-file preparation, and nesting system is built on 30 years of print-operations experience. Technology is used to simplify real production steps and prepare personalized work consistently through a repeatable process.
Your customer personalizes. MorfUno prepares the print file and sheet layout. Your team checks the work and moves it into production.
How is corporate personalization put into practice?
When an organization wants to provide personalized products to employees, customers, or business partners, the main design is prepared once. MorfUno creates the required number of individual order codes and links from that design. Each recipient completes only their own details and approves their own work. The print center prepares the approved jobs through MorfUno and moves them into batch production.

How is personal information protected?
Each program requests only the information needed for production and delivery. Order details and uploaded files remain within authorized access paths. KVKK applies in Türkiye, the GDPR may apply in Europe, and other markets have their own local data-protection requirements. The program scope, party roles, retention period, and data transfers are evaluated for each operation.
