Legal information
Terms of Use
Sets out the main rules for using the MorfUno website, business accounts, and order links.
The service and acceptance
MorfUno is operated by Grafikit Bilişim ve Lojistik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. By using the website, business workspace, or an order link, you agree to follow these terms and the applicable privacy notices. If you use MorfUno for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
Service scope
MorfUno helps a print business collect artwork for a predefined order, lets the customer review a preview and product-appropriate guidance, records confirmation, and tracks the status of private preparation.
MorfUno is not a customer-facing cart, product-pricing, or consumer payment system for the merchant’s own sales. Uploading a file or confirming a preview does not mean the file is print-ready. A ready result is shown only after an authorized private production process completes successfully.
Accounts and access
- Business users must provide accurate, current information and protect access to their account and chosen identity provider.
- Operational permissions for a new business account may remain closed until payment access is activated on the server.
- Administrator registration is not public, and customers do not create accounts.
- An order code provides access to that order. Share it only with the intended recipient and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Uploaded content and responsibilities
You represent that you are allowed to use the file and order information you submit and that they do not violate intellectual property, personality, privacy, or other third-party rights. If you upload another person’s personal data, you or the relevant print business are responsible for providing the required notice and having a lawful basis.
You or the rights holder retain ownership of the file. You give MorfUno only the limited permission needed to store, validate, preview, send the file to authorized private preparation, and deliver the secure result as part of the service.
Prohibited use
- Submitting unlawful, misleading, harmful, rights-infringing content or content you are not authorized to upload.
- Uploading malware, harmful code, or a file intended to compromise security.
- Trying to access an unauthorized account, order, file, API, or infrastructure or bypass access controls.
- Disrupting, probing, or misusing the service through automated requests, reverse engineering, excessive traffic, or similar methods.
- Distributing an order code to unauthorized people or impersonating another user.
Third-party services
Some steps, such as identity verification or private production preparation, may depend on authorized third-party services. Their own terms and policies may also apply. MorfUno limits the data made available to the minimum required for the relevant purpose and role.
Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, third-party outages, security events, or force majeure may cause temporary interruption. We may change or limit the service or suspend particular access when required for security, law, or the product.
Intellectual property
The MorfUno software, brand, interface, documentation, and service content belong to their respective rights holders. Unless expressly permitted in writing or allowed by law, you may not copy, distribute, sell, or use them to create a derivative service.
Liability limits
Mandatory law remains unaffected. MorfUno does not replace the print business’s product selection, price, sales relationship, or final production decision. The service provider is not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect order information supplied by a user, unauthorized content, improper sharing of an order code, or an unsupported file. This clause does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory consumer and jurisdiction rules, disputes will be resolved by the courts and authorities competent under applicable procedural law.
When these terms change, the new text and effective date will be published here. If a change materially affects existing users’ rights, an appropriate notice method may also be used.
