A print order may arrive through one sales channel while its artwork arrives through email, messaging, or a separate file-sharing service. When the file loses its product and order context, the risk of incorrect artwork, missing information, and repeated follow-up grows. MorfUno connects the customer's artwork task to the order without exposing the print business's private production rules.

How does MorfUno work?

1. An authorized business user or integration creates an order for a product saved by the print business.
2. MorfUno returns an order-specific code and shareable link.
3. The customer uploads artwork without creating an account, then reviews product-appropriate guidance and a preview.
4. When the customer confirms, a private production-preparation job is queued.
5. The private production result returns to MorfUno; the file is shown as ready only after the process finishes successfully.

Who is MorfUno for?

MorfUno's operational users are print centers, businesses selling personalized print products online, their authorized team members, and verified integrations. Graphic design and prepress teams can take part in the artwork workflow. The person opening the shared link completes a customer step that does not require membership.

What does the customer see?

The customer sees only the product name needed for the order, accepted file types, customer-safe guidance, the preview, the confirmation step, and a clear customer-facing status. Private production rules, equipment settings, internal file paths, and integration details are not published.
